And now for something completely different.

Visa/MasterCard think of Smartmetric as a fly
on the elephants back. They believe the case
will be dismissed. They think the judge will consider
SMME a "patent troll" to a point where they have
not even notified their shareholders of the lawsuit,
something I believe they are supposed to do.
If,however, it became public knowledge that these
two, generally hated companies, taking billions from
from the general public, the tide could very well turn.
If there was an outcry against two giants having stolen
a small company's patents the judge might very well
be forced to consider in smme,s favour .
