Well to be honest and it can be hard to handle in the pennies but dilution happens and for many reasons. In IPRU we can be glad that; one- IPRU is current, two- they're dilution is in the filings to see so its not a surprise, three- they have been honest with the (longs) shareholders and even stating they are working on a project that can't yet be said and filing update coming in August. To me it appears this company is being very transparent something we look when investing down here.
