Sandy owns 2.5 billion restricted shares and he will never give those up because that gives him control of the company.He has had these shares and control over this company all the way through.This company has gone through diferent names and industries;biotech,mining,media,etc.Even if this media endeavor falls apart he will use his shares as a voting tool to take this company in whatever direction he wants.Just like he did with Suncrest Energy.One day SNNY is a big part of FCDH and the next day it isnt.But since Sandy has so many shares of FCDH he will still control SNYY even if they are now seperated.Sandy is a clever businessman and will stick by this current company only as long as he can make a buck.The minute he can do better elsewhere then he is gone.
