Oh for heaven's sake people...I don't know the man but I'm not prepared to believe Winick to be utterly stupid and selling shares (with the requisite publicly available Form 4) and then issuing a PR the very same day saying he's buying would certainly qualify as such. If he wanted to sell shares, he'd do so without dashing off a PR saying the opposite. And I sure don't see him staying in business long if he repeats buying 2 million shares on 6/6/05 for .0205 and then selling 10 million for .0005 on 12/14/05. That being said, he certainly needs to immediately tighten up on who's proofing documents, including PR's. Sloppy isn't acceptable.

If I'm proven wrong about this then I'll be happy to come up with a more colorful word than "stupid" to describe this.
