JL,

I've been reading your commentary over the past year and a half, and I am inclined to agree with you regarding the management. Many people, especially those who were buying in during the "teens" of the stock price period, seem to value the short-term PPS more than any type of long-term outlook on valuation - and this is fine, as everyone is different with their goals, risk allowances, etc.

However, my personal opinion is that management is being very smart in how they are proceeding currently - they have enough operating cash for the foreseeable future, could easily be a profitable company in 2014 (and likely will be), and have so many potential revenue paths/partnership paths, that I believe selling the company would have been a poor business judgement action last year - despite what many want to happen.

Patience in the markets is key, but receiving the right valuation should make up for it. No one likes seeing an account in red at the end of the day, but sometimes short-term losses lead to long-term profits. After all, no one actually loses money until they sell, and I think the future is very, very bright here.

Thanks for all of your contributions over time, both here and via the Yahoo! AMRN message board.

Best,
Biotech Will
