Market makers get a heads up when news is coming or a corp action like CUSIP change date has been set, little to no shares for sale in the trips, so they paint a 0006 to bait people to place standing sell orders.
News comes out, price takes off and the mms scoop up all the cheap shares under .0025 range in one fell swoop.
None of mine are under .03 cents
Obviously we have a bid and the same mms that get fined by FINRA day in and day out are hiding the bid.

Good news is PYCT may be ready for takeoff and the slimy mms are begging for cheapies.
