Hi Rrufff,

There is a lot of shifting and consolidation in
Israeli defense companies lately, due to privatisation
of government owned companies programme.
DFNS is not a major player in this game (in comparison
to ESLT)but the aquiring of Chemoplast Industries is
meaningful, as is synergetic and complementary to DFNS
activities.

The move is indeed significant, not just empty wording.
(milestone, etc).In both ELST board,(#board-3936)
and Israel Defense (#board-4433)you may find lots of
background related articles (time permitting).

I am much more bullish about DFNS than ELST (which i do not
own), although ELST might prove an interesting investment
as well.

That said, the more crucial point for DFNS is the standard
setting for >>US regulator of products for the US Army.<<
and >> a change in US federal standards for personal body
armor for police forces. << (#msg-8653448)

Regards and Happy Holidays,

Dubi
