Hi Dubi,

Any thoughts on that DFNS from an Israeli standpoint? Seems like a good move in that it may iron out the bumps we've seen from quarter to quarter.

They seem to be making the right moves. The caveat will be what the capital structure looks like after this deal is detailed.
