Unfortunately, that's exactly how our justice system works today. Character build up/reference/integrity and motive/intent, which proves nothing, means everything. Especially when a jury is involved.

The scales of our judicial system are tipped by he who has the best character profile, most money and best legal team, which in this case is VP by far.

Just look at what happened in the Zimmerman case, nothing could be proven without a doubt. But, the killer, who shot and killed an unarmed minor (a minor who never committed a crime and was minding his own business,) was found innocent.

For VP, there is no "over whelming evidence". I've always thought that talk of this lawsuit is absolute non-sense and will have zero impact on VP in anyway, shape or form.
