This is awesome!

The company is basically swapping debt for shares. If the debt holders are into dilution, all they will do is screw themselves and us with them.

I still say this puts all of the pressure on management to deliver.

What needs to happen now is that they need to show us that they have mining operations active and productive. If they are on the gold, we make money and their management gets paid.
