The same few real shareholders have been recording trading activity for many years on PYCT and saw the crimes being committed by VFIN and assumed it was for NITE, now through FINRAs arbitration process we have an admission from VFIN via their trading ledgers.
Anyone with shares can also file against either VFIN or KCG or another if they have the correct dates and know what to ask for , the cost for arbitration is not a lot of money depending on the amount of damages you are seeking. You can have your own counsel but thats not a requirement, FINRA has security lawyers who look at both sides and make a binding decision that can not be appealed.

This FIRST case coming to a conclusion at the same time of a name symbol change and CUSIP number change seems like great timing, and purely a coincidence, or perhaps the FINRA investigation into THE NAKED SHORT that KCG is protecting got going due to so many complaints AND VFINs trading ledgers, which laid bare KCGs scam in writing.

Things are coming to a conclusion !
