Paperwork was filed early last week for new name,symbol, and cusip number per the DTCCs punch list of to dos for PYCT

Expect an announcement outlining this by months end, could be this week.

Looks like VFIN is banned from creating shares out of thin air on the security they manipulated for NITE(PER VFINS trading ledger)
Sure hope PYCT does not run before VFIN forks over the settlement money!

VFIN is no longer on level 2 and has not been since the lawyers received the documents.
