Will be posting the fines levied against VFIN in the near future for washing PYCT on VERY SPECIFIC dates.
VFIN shorted PYCT for NITE (PER VFIN IN WRITING) on one day in particular when the bid was .0002 and ask was .0003 after an 80 million buy order took out all 0002s for sale, (seconds after the FDA pr was issued.)Ask was .0003 and VFIN admitted they opened up and shorted FOR NITE at .0001 which harmed all investors and the company.
The big question is WHY would VFIN repeatedly short at 0001 and buy back at 0001 for years at the request of NITE? VFIN has been shorting at 0001 and then buying back at 0001 in the same day to create large volume at 0001 while paid trolls claim the company is selling.
Could it be NITE holds the largest % or naked shorts from MLON days and had VFIN manipulate this stock perhaps hundreds of times?
Each incident is a separate crime.
Since the investigation was initiated VFIN has not been back on PYCT,after 4 years or so of admitted wash trading each time a buyer would step in.
VFIN also may have defrauded any potential sellers at .0001 or .0002 wanting to exit their position by bypassing real sell orders and shorting air shares.
ANYONE who owned shares on VERY SPECIFIC dates can get free money by going to FINRA and filing an arbitration.
During the arbitration process you can ask for ANY documents from whichever market maker you chose to go after, they have to provide it, and yes VFINs trading ledgers proved they SHORTED for NITE, and in this case, committed stock manipulation causing the pps to drop 50% from the last trade and 66% down from the next ask or actual shares that were for sale.
So once again WHY IS NITE having others wash trade PYCT to create a false perception and prevent the pps from rising all these years?
MASSIVE NAKED SHORT POSITION, thats the clear answer.
Clearly the company has not sold any shares in the market and we now have the evidence from VFIN of wash trading, we may SOON discover that they did NOT always buy all these fake shares back and have.....evidence from VFIN of naked shorts.
