In May of this year, Marketresearch.com published a very lengthy report on cancer vaccine partnering deals. This report, which is very costly to obtain, details a very comprehensive study of cancer vaccine deals between BP & other companies. It includes the terms and agreements down to the last . on each page of many, many deals since 2009 as well as the trends since 2007.

The companies listed in this publication are companies that have been approached for and/or are presently working on deals as well as those with deals completed. Again, this is a very comprehensive list.

As I have stated numerous times, it is not the intent of BMSN to see these treatments to P3. Rather, once efficacy is proven and viability not a question, the highest bidder wins, so-to-speak. Bearing in mind that depending on the treatment and the pre FDA application submission, viability can be proven enough to BP that they are willing to fund trials, in essence, partnering with the company that has developed the treatment so-to-speak. This option is not uncommon with BP and is very cost effective for them.

With respect to this so-called "delay" (says she as she removes head from brick wall), there is no delay. Well at least not a delay of a PR. Koos was very clear in his last PR where he indicated that another round of Q&A is possible. Having said that, he is no longer subject to the disclosure law as anything that happens that does not directly spell out an approval or denial is considered immaterial. In short, further Q&A does not have to be disclosed. Whether it takes the FDA a day or a month or two to respond to their answers, he does not have to disclose. Would it be considerate of him? Perhaps even wise to some extent? Yes. But not required by law.

Do I honestly think that the FDA will sit on their laurels and take their good ole' time in responding? Considering the nature of the treatment, no I do not. But, do I KNOW that it is a timely process sometimes. YES I do.

Again, if I had to make an educated guess, we will soon find that not only will trials commence but that there are a couple of really big fish swimming about in anticipation of getting their fins on it. When this happens, the sky is the limit because of the likelihood of multiple applications following suit soon afterward.

So, that said, it could happen any day. Those who have sold will be very sorry in my humble opinion.

Oh, did I mention that BMSN is included as one of the companies in the above publication?

BMSN!

Sometimes, you just have to walk away, let the dust settle and look at it all from a different perspective.
