I'd like to know why anybody would insist on a spin-off happening when all VALID EVIDENCE has proven the claimed spin-off CAN'T HAPPEN because the supposed subsidiary has been DOCUMENTED IN THE COMPANY FILINGS AS HAVING BEEN DIVESTED.

I'd also like to know where the first bit of evidence is that could possibly lead anybody into thinking GCS had even entertained the thought of merging with ASYI.

As for why keep the website ... it keeps the dream alive for the purpose of selling shares.
