So that's still what it comes down to, how efficient is that contraption, not much else.

What contraption? Or, as there is apparently testing (or was, or will be), what is the contraption?
If it is the thing sufficient (almost) to hold magnetrons in juxtaposition to flowing water, the one that could not contain municipal water pressure (or what it failed to hold the water when the power was applied?) then what the heck is it?
The point is that the three stooges are not all cut from the same cloth.
Isn't one said to be an associate of Jean-Francois Amyot, and one a lacky, while the third is some inventor the associate located ?
