On one had I agree these guys are messing up and we should do something to shake them up a bit. If there's anything there at all we'll finally see it, if not at least we'll know and move on. And hell, it'd feel good to see them hang if they ripped us off.

However, saying it is certain that the SEC is investigating is 100% unsubstantiated. There is no proof whatsoever they are involved in any way. Not saying they shouldn't be, just that they aren't. Even the whole AMF deal, I'm 99.99% sure is pretty much dead and nothing will come of it. And also, saying that the three stooges in their garage are part of some giant mafia thing with politicians in their pockets... dunno bout that.
