who needed to ?
Are they not the company? So isn't everything the result of what they have (or haven't) done? So if things are not right who can rectify?
When a tenth of a cent move in pps is a 20+% change surely things are not right (if this is supposed to be a company about to bring out a world-shaking innovative product).
