He is right on target. Ask local contractors, suppliers:
Koss, CUSA, Austin, Shanghai, Sococo, Delta, Bluefin, IIASA... list goes on.

MJ - Before you jump all over me, yes I have done a lot of my OWN DD and been on the ground in Panama. I didn't like what I saw so I sold and got out. I suggest others do not take my word but rather ask Management.
