Set the Board Member qualifications so high no applicants can be found


The qualifications are not high, the problem is that most sane people with more than four braincells would not want to be on JBII's BOD. Notice how often the company/directors/officers get sued and the accounting and securities fraud Juicy got nailed for? That kind of thing is highly prohibitive to normal people.
