When a note is being converted and sold, it's common for the
company to not release news or updates until that note is done.

VFIN appears to be done or nearly complete.

It's my opinion, the company is very close to releasing news.

How else do you explain the accumulation yesterday? I don't know
many people who would be buying stock from any V on the ask if it
wasn't going to be a cheap price at some point.

In a best case scenario, people would of supported the stock, not
slapped the ask and flipped the SAR for shoots and giggles.
