Any reason why there hasn't been a PR yet about the IND approval?
When is the cut-off point for a FDA response?

Last time Koos didn't PR when it was put on clinical hold, he put out a deceptive PR stating they got an IND # from the FDA, but didn't say a word about it being put on clinical hold. (what has it been, like a 3-4 month clinical hold already?)
