I will agree 100%......3 years and 3 wells later....it took a full year just to hear TECO admit that san juan 1 and 2 was basically a bust...and it sure looks like the same for san juan 3 ...they need to move on....it will take all the money they can muster to get TRRC issues taken care of....they might get a little more time if the TRRC grants their request...and if they don't grant their request...then they will have to take care of all of the compliance issues....ASAP in order to operate in TEXAS,,,,,Unless they have a legal work around...in which they are extremely good at doing.....Just my opinion...
