If there certainty around the rumors in Belize, don't you think there would be a better attempt at getting to the oil then 3 wells in 3 years? Wouldn't someone step up to the plate with a couple million, like maybe the Princess Corp? or Tanjung? It just doesn't take this long to drill and complete one well. Time is money. Drill the well. Analyse the well. Then complete or move on. Does nothing but waste money to take this long.

Since the A/S is maxed, how is anything getting paid for? Loans at what cost? I would want a premium for my money considering the risk involved. Doesn't sound good for the shareholders.
