BCAR 3.52M float; only 3.90M o/s. regional bank turnaround potential. Closed at .90; up from .38 when I first posted on BCAR board. Notes from shareholder meeting in mid-June posted on BCAR board.

For a comparison on the potential, look at CLBH history over the past 2 1/2 years. Made some $$, but learned about it too late. Same trajectory, similar size, similar markets; just about 1 1/2 years behind the curve. No P&D - expect to hold 1+ years. 2013 is their turnaround year; IMO, 2014 is when this takes off. Full recovery in 2015. JMO, FWIW. GLTA.
