Attorney Laura Emery Barrick Gold is caught in a lie


On April 5, 2013 the 17th Civil Court of Santiago, Chile, in case number E-304-2012, established criminal charges Spa Minera Nevada, Barrick Gold Corporation and against Chilean lawyer Laura Emery, company representative.

Emery was caught lying by the trickery of Judge Elizabeth Reyes Kokisch. Kokisch know in depth the history of the case of mining property theft affecting Chilean-Canadian mining entrepreneur, Jorge Lopehanía, as the Supreme Court of Chile seduced by Barrick tried to disable the ruling of Judge Lopehandia for the year 2006.
