505, IMO, no. If that is a concern, you shouldn't be in this stock. The increase was closer to 1.5 mil rather than 2 mil. HEPI has 15+ mil warrants out, many expire within a year. The table is published in each Q. Most are currently "in the money" and are exerciseable. So it wouldn't be surprising to see exercises happen.

Recent exercise by Gorman (and potentially an ex officer with same award) added possibly 600k shares. Nothing new here. Warrants should always be considered in FD count until such time as they are exercised or expire. In the Gorman's scenario, assuming ex officer did same, share count increased 600k but warrant count declined by 1 million. Net decrease of 400k possible outstanding. Its possible another 600k came as a result of financing since the end of last Q.

I attribute decline to some short term traders ..... longs profit taking (stock more than tripled in past year), lack of patience, lack of understanding and poor communication on HEPI's part.
