Most of us who have been around IHUB for awile know exactly how you fill..
Some take the time to learn charts and learn from there trading mistakes to become better traders,and then there are some who are just looking for a stock tip without putting out any of the effort what so ever.
I personaly fill that GDX is the best option play with gold, Based solely on volume and movement.Even though it doesn't always follow gold price.
I'm just learning options over the past couple of months and only play SPY and GDX.So far so good, But I also spent 7+ years learning charts so I have a nice head start over most.

It really is healthy to just step away from IHUB for a few weeks to clear your head.
