Duped them for what purpose? Toward what gain? What would be the motivation for shareholders to go through the laborious process of ousting the previous board and then according to you, make no attempt to revive the company? You do understand that the current board owns shares of Michelex, right? Likely a lot more shares than you.

Your posts are based from a perspective of ignorance and then magnified by your frustration. I sort of get it. However, you are making some wild assumptions without facts. There has been considerable work done to get things back on track. None of which is at a stage where the company could disclose. They are NOT going to break the law for your benefit.
