Maybe the quick de-registration came from absolutly no updates for months and months on end. The SEC probably thought no was was home. I will still never understand how new management just ignored everyone after they duped the shareholders into supporting them based on the platform of keeping everyone in the know. Knowing what I know now I would have never pledged my shares. Even today after they have managed to run this thing further into the ground than ever before - getting an update is a impossible task. It's as if we gave them control of the company just so they could have a hobby to tinker with. Please don't remind me how much they have done and how much personal time is being spent by them. If they want everyone to repect what they've done than report what they have done along the way. And not through a third party every six months. Sorry but it is what it is.
