That's true in NASDAQ stock, but in pinksheet it's a quite different story, so many times i've seen MM "jumping" ask orders

Trade accounts in USA maybe have some form of protection about errors, but other accounts in fiscal paradises are not so "friendly"

i could post a lot of charts of "errors" in OTC market, and whether or not the money is given back, it's matter of fairness of your broker

and i assure you, in some part of the world brokers are not so honest..
