That press release by AVT makes no sense. The terminology used are conflicting. I wonder if the CFO who screwed the pooch on the derivative accounting and caused the rift between the registrant and its auditor probably drafted the press release.

But that is what you get when you pay your CFO $65,000 per year to work in and live in very costly Southern California. I know maids that barely speak English and never went to school make more than that in Malibu. What a pathetic company.
