IJO,

I've told you this in person, but just wanted to say here that your civility, warmth and kindness has brought a different feel to this board. It's so easy to get behind an anonymous name and bang out a few angry strokes. I've been guilty - most of us have I presume. It takes much more thought and presence of mind to invest in the other person, not just engage them. You always seem to take that approach. I wish I could say the same for Pagan. Keep it up, I'm learning.
