Yeah... If Intertek comes out and says anything along the lines of "these guys are talking crap, lying and tarnishing our reputation" or even if they drop them as clients, that's it, end of the line, last nail in the coffin. The fact they are testing over there with a known company is the only thing that gives them the tiniest shred of credibility.
