rox..."nokia may prevail on the handset side"....ive got news for you chicky....they have ALREADY PREVAILED on the handset side....having received a substantial volume discount ON THE HANDSET SIDE from the arbiters....the contract couldnt have been TOO WACKY since three arbiters w/ extensive international legal experience we're able to interpret the agreement to the tune of 300myn+ and counting....their experience of course pales in comparison to your experience in interpreting "wacky contracts" in the telecom industry....but then again...its their collective experience thats driving the bus...not yours and fast eddie's
