You are absolutely right enlightn. There were two groups who are no longer associated with GDTI selling two year old restricted stock that just was able to be sold. Some was from a company they bought the rest was from a former employee who was let go. None of the officers are selling as amatter of fact Bob Dishaw bought 200,000.
