I love how they think that deleting posts, whether theirs or others, will somehow protect them from any actions against them. They need to look into the FB Terms, they will find that once posted, all posts belong to FB. No posts are ever actually deleted, just archived. Even old versions, after an edit, are still available.

If anyone was to sue them, all they would have to show a judge is a screenshot of a post that since has been deleted, and they would probably get a court order for all activity on the FB account. The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly.
