.....also,, Dilution is over! It would take a long time to get a R/S approved (Major New Rules on doing R/S's Now make it much harder to do!) and there is NO need at this time to do a R/S!! An increase in the A/S to 3 Billion would be more likely and Koos would only need to do that around the time Trails need to start.The bills arRre all paid and as soon as BMSN gets this current FDA IND Approval,,, BMSN has 20 Million to use for Trials from Southridge!
