Everything......if the OS gets maxed there needs to be more shares to pay the bills......if BMSN has been paying the bills by issuing shares they will need to do something when the OS maxes out.......usually you'll see an increase in the AS or a RS.......unless revenues start coming in.....or non-dilutive financing.....

This is the problem many Microcaps have.......how to pay the bills w/ out diluting the stock.......some financing is better than others........Death Spiral financing is the worst........Triple Zero stocks usually have Death Spiral financing.......YA is a usual suspect......

All that said BMSN has a $20M put option in place w/ financiers........I need to research the subject further, but from what I've read on the board BMSN has financing.........I'm here for the Technical play......I haven't researched the financing in depth........

The Charts are showing a bounce and possible breakout is coming........that's what I follow in penny land.......the Charts.......most everything else is just chatter & entertainment in penny land.......

Follow the charts......they lead to the pot of gold!.........Bullish Doji Star reversal pattern formed on the daily chart......SAR ready to flip on the Hr. chart.......they are signaling possible good FDA news.........$$$
