Very true about share price but it is illegal to run a public shareholder owned company and have no business. I don't mean business as of sales but there is literally NO BUSINESS!! David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster merely took out over a million dollars in loans, converted shares to more loans and there is no business structure, no monies, no employees, NOTHING, NO BUSINESS!!
