it is clear that the company website is not running and no business done,if no one of you didn't received the certificates yet from them so the company is scam ,and the father's of children they have to pay the price for scamming the share holders which they have a family too, with no business activity at all (no news = no activity). I hope I am wrong but what I see.
we have to go to the low sooner than letter.
