Serious question. Is there another BoD of a publicly traded company that would not have foreseen this desperate situation and have taken action in an attempt to prevent it? I am very saddened about all the $ lost by so many investors - particularly so because THEY could have prevented it. I tried, many others tried to no avail. The very large shareholders held sway over too many. I hope Wave becomes a Harvard MBA case study.
