You are asking the right questions but i doubt you will get any useful answers other than look at the "BOD - this company is worth a billion". I have done much DD on this company. These are some of the information i received from my advisor. I would rather believe him than guys on this board.

As far as trading is concerns most us brokerage firms will not trade the stock. If you hold position you can sell but you cannot buy. How are you going to sell if there are no buyers? The company is not in compliant and its on chill. The company has never filled S1 registration and is non reporting and unaudited.

Most of the trades are from offshore securities firms like Titan global based in belize and others in bahamas. US bans citizens from holding offshore position in unregulated secuirities. so most of the trades are mostly likely from offshore wheeling for a buck here and there. I assume someone is benefiting

now this company has lawsuit where it is alleged to be fraudulent in its dealing with offshore companies.

The entire company business dealings are mostly with offshore business as stated by another person on this board including DIGI.


maybe the company has something nevertheless i am ready to get in at 0.01 cents. I believe this stock is not going anywhere.
