You're completely wrong and missing the point entirely.

Audited financials for a company of this size with no revenues is PEANUTS. But the point is not audited financials, as we know this is speculative and most of the message board members have more money in the bank than the company. The point is that the Digifonica deal, which is the bread and butter of the company value, is a hidden mystery and it's been half a year since the deal was announced.

It would cost zero dollars and zero cents to let shareholders know about the deal, even if it were a dumbed down version with the basic structure, forgoing any "classified" information that isn't required to be held close to the vest.

Toobigtojail, SpecInvestor - your comments on the above are welcomed. My deal is that I am in agreement with you on the BOD members, the potential value of the pending patents, the value of the lawful intercept patent, and so on. But nobody seems to question what I see as very basic common sense concern in that the reason there is all of this potential is because of what was put together with the Digifonica group. Nobody seems to care that there were assignments for all five patents filed, transferring ownership of the patents to a random New Jersey group who no information is available on. Granted the assigments were reverted back, but the company could at least tell its shareholders what the hell happened other than "we fixed it".

If the above checks out then I don't think we have a .50 cent or dollar per share company. I think it's more like a $5 per share company. The key being, it needs to check out, and why I am the only voice out here asking simple questions is beyond me.

Comments people, real ones, not fluff job BS, intelligent rational discussion, that's the point in these boards right?
