So here we finally achieve some upward pps trend at .0042-44......and then some nickel-dimer caves in and sells at .0037......maybe made about $10 bucks profit and the pps finalizes @ .0037.....and thus our penny dilemma with ONCO. A stock that should be selling @ .04 pps but can't get there due to your nickel-dime children looking to hit big with $10 trades.
