ITL is a private company. ITL investors can purchase stock directly from Dr. Harnoy at ITL. There is no public trading market for ITL shares. Dr. Harnoy can sell his stock for any price he wants. $.50 or $5.00. Try selling ITL shares after you have purchased them.("It is a to Whom Market"). A one way street. ITL would have to go PUBLIC with an underwriting or do a reverse merger to have a liquid market.

TAUG - PUBLIC COMPANY-FREE TRADING AND A REPORTING COMPANY.
ITL- PRIVATE COMPANY - NOT TRADEABLE AND NO REPORTING REQUIRED.
