Still missing the point, I see. You basically just told yourself one main reason this issue is really a non-issue. No matter what the articles of correction and arithmetic imply for the AS, it can be "fixed," if necessary, either simply through more filings or, more cumbersomely, through shareholder vote. We already know what MJNA intends the end result to be (no increase in the AS count), so there's not really any reason to worry about this. Shareholders should be glad that, for the time being, there will be no increase in the AS count.

No. This is a stupid idea that you yourself already know is false but still see fit to mention 20 times per day both here and on SA.
