Then the company's message is confused

When Stuart wrote to you that, "The authorized will stay at 950 million and that cap will remain.", it was obvious that either he or the execs at MJNA were confused, because the company's official filings said that all changes to the AS were rescinded.

The cap can't stay at 950M if it was never officially there. OTOH, they could hold a shareholder vote to change it to 950M.

The company needs to get its story straight via official filings.

Why haven't they done so yet? It's been one week since they filed the rescissions with the OR SoS.

Could it be because they want and need to have the AS at 5B?
