IMO I think that Lightwaves Perkinamine had a characteristic or performed a little different than Prather was used to, IMO Prather probably thought that he’d spend 20 hours on it and it didn’t work out. Tom did say parallel (some say Prather is done and some say that he isn’t) but to spin this as Leonbergers modulator design not speaking favorably of him I think is a little off. I could be wrong. When I went back through Leonbergers history I didn’t see a quitter there, he worked on the Niobate modulators until he nailed them. Patients is a hard thing to come by in today’s world, I think that soon enough we will all see that Leonberger isn’t a quitter.

It kind of reminds me of when the well driller showed up after 6 bad wells over the years at my home, most wells in Delaware are about 100 feet deep. When he started I wished him luck and he said son “ain’t no luck about it, persistence is all that it is about” bottom line was that he lost 1 well head a couple hundred feet down, I think it was like 10 grand and it didn’t faze him, I'm pretty sure that he fished it out but in the end I think that he ended up around 425 feet or so. The boyz that gave up at 165 feet on one were blaming it on everything under the sun from the serpentine rock, the sand (from the last period of cave man caused global warming, LOL), to the well rig, to the lightning (from the current global warming) affecting the aquifer. Whatever, patience is something in short supply these days, when a problem arises everyone just starts yelling, pointing fingers and ,,,,,,

Good Luck, I think most here have done their homework, this science is deep, very deep. If they don’t show us a modulator by the SHM, I’ll ask them to explain in simple English what the issue is, Fred Goetz could do it back in the day, I know these guys can do it. They’ll get it, it has only been, 10 years, LOL
