IMPORTANT NEWS, I GOT AN E-MAIL FROM MS

I ask MS, what I should vote!
I brought up the problem Dilution and Toxic Death Cycle,
from toxic finance company ASHER.
His answer was:

"If we do not get the votes, we cannot raise the capital
from a major investor. This is not a minor toxic dump
investor, but an institutional investor."
